General Returns & Refunds Policy
WETTRACT 14 Day Money Back Guarantee protects all whiteboard films purchased made from our website.
We are confident that you’ll love our Different range of whiteboard films, but if you want to Replace or Return your purchase product variant if back-liner is not peeled or damaged, we’ll offer you a full refund*. Shipping charge from consumer end to our warehouse will be borne by consumer or possibly picked up by our Logistic partner with consent of submitting courier charge. Just make sure you keep the box so it can be re-used to send it back.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Once Back-liners are opened and stick to surface, we will not take back the product.
When as the customer, you are buying standard packed sizes of WETTRACT, our return and refund policy is as follows:
- ALWAYS CONTACT US BEFORE RETURNING ANY WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS THAT WE HAVE NOT BEEN NOTIFIED OF BY EMAIL, NO EXCEPTIONS AT ALL.
E-mail our customer service department at [email protected] or [email protected] to begin processing your return or exchange. When contacting us please include the following information:
- Order # or Cash Sale#
- The reason for your return
- Your contact information including name, a phone number and your email
- Retain ALL original packaging until contents have been examined. Returns must be made within 15 days of the date you receive the
- You should arrange to return the package by carrier (at your own expense) with the original
- The package must be received by and signed for by us and be in undamaged / unopened and complete kit condition.
- We are unable to accept returns for damaged/unpacked/incomplete
- Where you are purchasing on behalf of a business (rather than for yourself) we are unable to accept returns or make exchanges of packages unless previously agreed in
- All returned orders would be subject to a 2.5% restocking fee as
Returns/Exchanges due to ordering mistake on customer’s part:
- This includes customers that fail to ask pertinent questions concerning the product they ordered prior to placing their
- If you have purchased the incorrect item, you may return it within 10 days of purchase. You are responsible for getting the item back to us in the exact same packaging with all of the same packing materials PLUS ANY ADDITIONAL PACKAGING MATERIAL NEEDED TO MAKE UP FOR THE SETTLING THAT OCCURS IN ORIGINAL SHIPMENT. Returns that arrive to us damaged or incomplete will not be eligible for
- The best thing to do is to 1. Not Accepting it & returning to the delivery person itself or 2. re-package the order and write ’refused, return to sender’ on it and drop it to the delivery company or person.
- At no time will the original shipping and handling be credited back to you. If you are exchanging the item for a different item, the postage for the new item is your responsibility. If you are returning only, there is a 5% return processing
- Too many people order without reading what they are ordering. We refuse to raise my prices in order to cover the mistakes of these.
Damage in Shipping:
- If the package is damaged from outside, the very first step is to not accept the damaged package by any way & mention the “Damaged” in the delivery receipt.
- If the package is damage from inside, Retain all original packaging and email us as soon as you notice any damage. If you have failed to retain the packaging, you will still need to ship the order back to us
- If the package was dropped at your location, mail us instantly at [email protected]& & be sure that you must not have signed on the delivery receipt.
Original packaging will be needed to process an insurance claim. Without the original packaging, we are unable to process your return. Email us immediately and we will begin the insurance claim. Once we start the insurance claim, we usually re-ship the order within a few days.
If the order was sent via India Post, please re-package the damaged order and write ’return to sender’ on it and send it back to us. As soon as we receive it, we re-ship the order out. If you do not want to wait for the original order to be shipped back to us, you can place the order again and once the original order reaches us, we can issue the refund for the initial shipment.
If the Whiteboard Films incurs damage during transit due to inadequate packaging, WETTRACT reserves the right to charge the customer the cost of replacement of the damaged part or component.
If you send something back to us without notifying us first, no refund will be given for the order.
Cancelled orders:
If you place an order and then cancel it, one of several things will happen. If you cancel the order the next day, (or in some cases the same day) chances are the order has already been shipped out to you. In that case, you
can write ’refused, return to sender’ on it and send it back. You will be credited for the original item MINUS the original shipping and handling, which is never refundable.
If you place an order for a custom product, it cannot be cancelled for any reason. This includes bulk wholesale orders or any custom prepared products.
Where a product returned within the 14 day period and a refund is requested, WETTRACT will refund the original product purchase price. The money will be refunded within 14 working days *The following fees and/or charges will not be reimbursed:
- Delivery charges from WETTRACT
- Cost to return the product to WETTRACT (usually being the same as the delivery charge)
- New Package Charge
